All of our barbers are independent contractors who embody the values and service standards of THBS. I will only bring on barbers who align with our family-oriented culture and do not disrupt our dynamic with clients. We strive to maintain a drama-free workplace for everyone. As a family-first barbershop, if a barber is away or unwell, we will gladly encourage you to visit any available barber.
