NO SHOW POLICY / 10min Grace period
We’re professionals who show up for you, and we expect the same in return. You have a 6-hour window to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If something happens inside that 6-hour window, communicate with us. We’re human — life happens, and we get it.
What we don’t tolerate are repeated patterns of no-shows or last-minute cancellations. When that happens, we hold clients accountable. This may include a 100% cancellation fee for the missed service or revoking booking privileges.
We appreciate your business, but respect comes first. Thank you for working with us and valuing our time the way we value yours.

MY BIGGEST PET PEEVE- First time booking CANCELLATIONS! You're not ideal clients for us and you will lose access immediately. First impressions are the last impression.

Respect
Is important to us, if you cannot Respect our time, we will not provide service to you and we will gladly share that with you. ​
We reserve the right
To refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to our staff or clients.

Skin/Scalp Conditions
Our barbers are trained to recognize certain skin and scalp conditions. For the safety of all clients, they are instructed to express any concerns and may respectfully decline service if a medical condition poses a potential risk to public health.

Sickness
If you're feeling sick, feverish, contagious, we ask that you reschedule or refrain from booking.

Barbers' Capabilities
Every barber at our shop understands their individual skill set. We've asked them not to begin any service they aren't fully confident in performing. This isn’t a reflection of poor service, it simply means that particular barber may not be the right fit for your specific needs. We may have another barber on the team with the exact skill you're looking for, and we’re happy to help you find the right match.
